Cooking Classes
Learn how to cook the vegan way...
Our cooking classes are all whole food, plant based dishes. We will show you step by step how to prepare healthy meals, along with providing you with recipes for each dish. These dishes are healthy and tasty and when you attend our cooking classes you will have an opportunity to sample for yourself! We begin each class with a short lecture and we encourage participation during our class.

You will learn techniques for cooking tofu, benefits of a plant based diet, along with tips on increasing fiber, and receive answers to your questions, and much more. Most classes are taught by our resident physician and registered dietitian, but may include guest precentors on raw food cooking and plant based dishes from other countries!
